All of our clients have their own control panel from which they can control certain aspects of their website, email and hosting. To access the control panel, go to the following URL:

DNS Settings

If you have purchased a domain name that you will be hosting on our server, you will need to adjust your nameserver settings at your registrar to the following:

NS1.MADBYTE.COM
NS2.MADBYTE.COM

Email Settings

POP3 Server Name: madbyte.com
Username and Password set as whatever was assigned to your account.

Technical Support

If you require technical support, please login to your plesk control panel and select "Help Desk" from the right-hand column. To open a new support ticket, select "Add New Ticket".
